@erinleej Woah!! It sounds like you’re on a great track! In general, I like a 3 days on, 1 day off schedule just to have a day of rest to look forward to. Everything you’re doing is preparing you to run the 5K, even without specific C25K training. The yoga is great for breathing and endurance training, and strong abs are what’s really going to make the difference in going the distance. Sounds like you don’t need any advice at all! Let me know how it goes
